To register and maintain an active account on xin77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from xin77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of xin77 or any of its service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

xin77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each individual User may register onlyone (1) account on the xin77 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed without notice, and associated balances may be forfeited.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify xin77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, subject to timely notification of compromise.

xin77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is available to all registered Users at no cost.

xin77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong online banking.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the xin77 account holder.
• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument that is legally owned by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party sources will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• xin77 processes approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• xin77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceding RM 10,000 within a rolling 30-day period, which may require provision of source-of-funds documentation.

All bets placed on the xin77 Platform — whether on sports markets including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or any other covered event; or on casino games, slots, live dealer tables, lottery products, or arcade games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds or RTP parameters displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. xin77 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds, which may result in a bet being voided or resettled.
• A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the User. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• xin77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game at any time, without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome or validity of a game or bet, xin77 will follow its documented dispute resolution process to determine the appropriate settlement.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may move. Bets placed during this period may be accepted at revised odds or offered to the User for confirmation.
• xin77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing, irregular market movement, or other integrity concerns affecting the relevant event.

xin77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable and must meet the applicablewagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, unless the promotion specifies a different basis (e.g., deposit + bonus).

• The birthday bonus is issued automatically to accounts that have supplied a verified date of birth and have maintained account activity within the preceding 30 days. The bonus amount is determined by the User's active VIP tier at the time of issue.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon successful verification and first qualifying deposit by the referred party. Self-referrals and referals to fictitious or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

Users of the xin77 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account without express authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, farming bonuses, or extracting odds data.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, scalping, or any form of systematised exploitation of pricing errors or promotional terms across the Platform or in combination with other platforms.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward xin77 staff or other platform users.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or unauthorised means.

xin77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to comply with KYC or identity verification requirements within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an exclusion order received from a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Non-use of the account for a period exceding 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy).
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate restricting access to the Platform.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting xin77 support. Accounts with a positive real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will have the balance refunded to the User's registered payment method after all applicable checks have been completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xin77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

xin77 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xin77 makes no representation that any particular game, sporting event, or market will be available at any specific time.

In no event shall xin77's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their xin77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xin77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

xin77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. We recognise that, for some individuals, gambling may become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the xin77 Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Users are required to contact xin77 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. xin77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
